Charlotte only survived six months. She brought so much joy into our families’ lives and I felt I wanted to do my bit for the charity that has supported my sister and her family through the good times and the bad times.

Luckily I work in a pub so I was able to raise money and awareness of trisomy 18 and SOFT UK. I found a lot of people were interested about the condition as no one had heard of it before. I raised £715 and I hope this money can be of some help!
