Gift Aid

Use the Gift Aid declaration form to make a Gift Aid donation to SOFT UK or  to give to your supporters. If UK taxpayers can complete a Gift Aid Declaration Form and return it to SOFT UK and we can claim an additional amount from the Inland Revenue at no cost to yourself for every £1 donated. Fundraising through Virgin Money Giving, Missionfish, JumbleAID, and dinner4good have an opt in box for UK taxpayers to click and Gift Aid can then be claimed and paid to SOFT automatically. Click here for details of Fundraise online.

Gift matching by employers

The following companies in the United Kingdom are those that we understand currently match gifts donated by their employees – however, this list is not definitive! If your employer is not listed, please contact your Human Resources department to find out if they operate a matching gift scheme. A number of companies abroad, especially in the US, also operate similar schemes.

In most cases, the company will match your donation pound for pound up to a specific level; a handful of organisations even double-match. Please contact your Human Resources department to make a matching gift, they should be able to give you a form to fill in confirming the gift you have made. You then send that form to us so we can confirm receipt of the gift. That's all there is to it!
