On the first day, SOFT Medical and Bereavement Advisers are invited to give presentations and there are lots of opportunities to talk with them. Places can be reserved in the crèche for children over the age of 3, and younger children can stay with their parents during the talks and child friendly discussion groups. 

Before lunch there is a 30 minute optional Time of Remembrance and Celebration, and photographs and memories can be entered in the Tribute Book. A delicious buffet lunch is served and later in the afternoon there is a balloon release.

In the evening eco friendly lanterns may be released and those staying overnight can meet in the bar for coffee or drink. On November 12th there will a Scottish Conference held at the Dunblane Hydro, Dunblane, and all members are welcome to attend.
