GROWTH CURVES
A baby with trisomy 13 or trisomy 18 is not expected to gain weight and height as quickly as a healthy infant. Dr John Carey, Editor in Chief of the American Journal of Medical Genetics and senior author on the original article by Baty et al. (where the original growth curves were published in 1994) and Ann M Barnes, author of "The Care of the Infant and Child with Trisomy 18 or 13" (published by SOFT USA), have kindly given permission to reproduce the weight, height and head circumference curves below.
