My mother Jenny co-founded SOFT UK with Christine Rose after the birth of my sister Beth in 1990.  Unfortunately Beth died when she was three months old, but I have been a regular fixture at the SOFT Conferences, see the photograph on the right! I grew up witnessing the valuable support SOFT has provided for families and professionals thanks to the efforts of the trustees and helpers, and I am glad to be a part of this.

I am currently at the University of Bristol studying medicine and take my finals at the end of the year, but in my spare time I edit the newsletter! The magazine is produced twice a year and is posted to members and can be read on the SOFT website. If you would like to contribute please email me your news, articles, fundraising events, stories and photographs.
