After a Loss

SOFT UK supports families throughout their Trisomy journey, including after they have experienced loss and bereavement.

This section of our website contains information and resources on loss, bereavement and remembrance.

One of the things families find most important is thinking about creating memories with their baby. Creating Memories helps with ideas and inspiration for this difficult time.

Coping with your grief contains resources for all stages of the bereavement journey.

SOFT UK Remembrance is our dedication page, for babies, children and adults who are no longer with us.  If you'd like to add a star to this page please email us on contact@soft.org.uk

If you would benefit from speaking to us you can get in touch via the Support Line to speak with one of our trained support volunteers. They are trisomy parents themselves and there to listen to help you through your loss. To get in touch today call

0300 102 7638

The support line is free or low cost to call (depending on your telephone provider).

The support team can also be contacted on: support@soft.org.uk
