This summer, SOFT UK is celebrating the incredible people who help us support families when they need it most.

We’re proud to introduce our brand-new fundraising medal — created especially for our Summer of Support campaign. Every fundraiser who reaches a £100 target can claim one as a thank you for making a real difference.

Right now, funding for charities is tougher than ever. But because of supporters like you, we can continue raising awareness of Trisomy 13 and Trisomy 18, while supporting families through diagnosis, treatment, bereavement, and beyond.
